Before joining the Reno Type crew, Jamie spent time doing screen printing for T-shirts; naturally, she picked up the bindery thing pretty quickly. As bindery operator, she cuts prints to size, scores them, folds them, laminates them, and, yes, even binds them – there’s hardly anything she can’t do. In her spare time, you can find Jamie braving the Northern Nevada wilderness or cuddled up on the couch with her two kittens, Kevin and Benjamin. She also makes custom decals for cars, so when she’s not doing bindery, she’s doing, well… bindery!
What makes Jamie the Reno Type?
“I’ve lived here my whole life, and I’ve loved watching this town grow and change. Reno is great because it’s pretty close to everything. If I want to go to the mountains, Tahoe, even California, they’re all right there!”
