Don't ignore direct mail. You'r customers don't!

Direct mail has always worked! And it works better now than it used to.

Mail volume is trending down... nearly 50% over the last dozen weeks or so. That means your mail will be noticed. Consider:

  • 98% of people check their mail daily (USPS)
  • 77% of consumers sort through their physical mail as soon as they get it. (Epsilon)
  • 54% of (pre-pandemic) consumers prefer direct mail. (Adweek) [you can bet the % is going up as email inboxes explode with pandemic email blasts)
  • 60% of consumers will visit a brand website based upon direct mail (Adweek)

Ignoring your customers is not the thing to be doing right now, and direct mail is an EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT and APPROPRIATE way to engage them, especially as we all navigate our way through the reopening of our economy. Engaging customers and prospects is essential to survive the economic downturn, mitigate losses and revert quickly once businesses and the country as a whole begins to re-open.
