Having had over twenty years of manufacturing and quality control experience in the automotive industry, Russell was first interviewed to join Reno Type for the role of digital press operator. His charisma and charm simply couldn’t be overlooked, however, and he was offered the role of Customer Service Rep instead. It’s his smile that you see first when you step into our office and his voice that answers the phone. Russell is a West Coast native at heart, born and raised in California. He lived in Indiana for a handful of years before heading back west, this time to Reno to be closer to his family. “Getting to see them once a year just wasn’t enough,” he says. He loves to be outside, too. Biking, paddleboarding—really anything that keeps his body moving.
