We place a code on your (or your client's) website that compares the IP address of website visitors to billing records of Internet Service Providers and, about 70% of the time returns the ACTUAL mailing address of the website's visitors. Those addresses can be added to your next mailing and voila -- Direct Mail Retargeting!

Taking it even a step further, we can run a reverse look-up and frequently append a Name, Phone number (assuming it is not on the do-not-call registry, of course) and even email address to that mailing address. It works best with brands and businesses that market direct to consumers, bit we have several B to B companies using the technology as well.
